Glengarry minor baseball LEAGUE
The Glengarry Minor Baseball League strives to provide a great sporting experience for youth in the Glengarry area.
Glengarry has always had a great history of playing ball and the tradition continues to this day.
Make sure to give your kids the chance to compete and gain confidence in a team sport that they can enjoy for the rest of their lives!

Born Sept 1, 2011 - Aug 31st, 2013 : $70
Born Sept 1, 2013 - Aug 31st, 2015 : $70
Born Sept 1, 2015 - Aug 31st, 2018 : $70
Born Sept 1, 2018 - Aug 31st, 2020 : $50
**All games played Sunday afternoons at the fields behind the arena in Alexandria. When the schedule is finalized, it will be shown in the Calendar below**

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - 2024
Please note that your child will require the following protective equipment:
- Each participant (except those in tee ball) will be required to have their own batting helmet
- Each participant in the "Minor" , "Major" and "Senior" divisions is encouraged to use a protective cup (Jock).
Tee Ball
Age: 4-5 (typical)
Focus: Introduction of skills
Games: Short 1 or 2 inning games at most practices
Pitching: No pitching (all hitting off a tee)
Coach Pitch
Age: 6-8 (typical)
Focus: Skills development, Introduction to game situations
Games: 1/3 practice, 2/3 game
Pitching: All pitching done by coaches
Minor Division
Age: 9-10 (typical)
Focus: Skill refinement, introduction to pitching
Games: Full games with short practice time at beginning
Pitching: Season will start with coaches pitching until players are ready to start pitching
Major Division
Age: 11-12 (typical)
Focus: Skill refinement & advanced games
Games: Full games with short practice time at beginning
Pitching: Players will pitch to each other the entire season
Senior Division
Age: 13-16 (typical)
Focus: Skill refinement & advanced games
Games: Full games
Pitching: Players will pitch to each other the entire season
